About IMO Signs
IMO signs require identifying escape routes, fire control
plans and emergency equipment on maritime vessels. These signs comply with
strict International Maritime Organization(IMO) regulations, which promote the
safety and security of international shipping vessels. In the case of an emergency,

Convention Reg 11-2/28, 11-2/41 & are fully compliant with IMO Resolution

The IMO's primary purpose

council of members elected from the assembly. The work of IMO is conducted
through five committees and these are supported by technical subcommittees.
Other UN organisations may observe the proceedings of the IMO. Observer status
is granted to qualified non-governmental organisations.
